WET – 5: HVAC Conditioning II (24 hours-90 days)
A continuation of the concepts introduced in WET – 4, this course goes into greater technical detail, discussing the concepts, systems and components used to condition the environment of a modern building. Load Calculations, Air Distribution, Refrigerants and System Components are explained and expanded upon. Completion of this course will result in the HVAC Distribution Employee having a greater understanding of the equipment and systems their technician customers are selling, installing and servicing. This course is NATE recognized for 24 hours of continuing education (CEHs) applicable to NATE recertification and BPI recognized for 12 continuing education units (CEUs). - R – 410A – 3: Refrigerant Basics, R410A.
- 135 – 6: Heat Pump Components
